Hi everyone. Exchange 2010 SP1, Outlook client.
Here’s the problem. If a user with scheduling rights to a room calendar opens up their Outlook 2010 client, selects that room resource calendar to schedule a meeting, picks a time to schedule a meeting and double-clicks to schedule an appointment or right-clicks and selects New Meeting Request, the appropriate window pops up. But the Location field is never populated. If we click on To: and select the room object then the Location field is automatically populated.
This is not happening for everyone. Some people can make an appointment and the Location field will auto-populate.
Has anyone had any problems with this, and if so, what was your result? Thanks for any help you can give me on this. Driving me crazy, lol!
