Partitioning for Virtual Exchange

Hi!

We have 1.3Tb RAID-5 Single Partition on our Hyper-V Server which we want to use for Exchange 2010 Standard Virtualization. Can we install Win 2008 R2 Ent on it by assigning a 127GB virtual disk and the rest for Exchange 2010 installation (including Exchange installation, Logs and Databases) or what can be the best way to use it?

Any quick recommendations?
