Hello all, I'm going through the testing phase of deploying retention policies and I've run into an issue that I have been unable to resolve. Basically, I'd like to either remove the "Policy" tab from the folder properties in Outlook 2010, or just remove
the users permission so they cannot change it. I know they can't change policies on the default folders, but I want to make sure they can't create a folder, set the personal "Indefinite" tag (It's a requirement to have) on the folder, and just build
their email folder structure under that so nothing is ever deleted. I've looked at the MS retention policy pages but there's no mention of this capability. I've also drilled down through the GP ADM template for Outlook 2010 and didn't come up with anything
there. Google hasn't provided much insight on this topic either. Does anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish this?
