Exchange 2010 and proxy settings

hi all,

as far as i know Exchange 2010 SSL certificate uses winhttp settings to check the revocation status and it's not use the proxy settings in the IE so from where it get the proxy settings and how can i know what proxy server my exchange try to connect to.
