Dear All,
I am in the process of Migrating E2003 to E2010.
I installed 2 Exchange 2010 servers and have implemented DAG and CAS Array.
I also created two A record with the same host name.
i migrated one user from E2003 and created new test user on E2010.
I am able to configure their profile in outlook but not able to open, it failed with error "Cannot open your default email folder"
After long troubleshooting i found when i changed the RPC client access server name to host name of the cas server it works.
It does not work with the casarray fqdn. i am able to ping, telnet, access owa with casarray name and even i can configure the profile with cas array name.
Please suggest.
