(This was asked in the Office 2010 forum already, but I was told to move it to this forum instead because I am working in an Exchange environment)
Issue:
I have a user that keeps getting an error message when trying to do searches on a shared calendar that she's had access to for a while.
The message is: Outlook cannot search the specified calendar
Troubleshooting:
•Recreated the .ost and profile on the affected machine.
•Created an .ost on a known good laptop.
•I had the person sharing the calendar delete the calendar share and then recreate a new calendar share for the affected user.
•I have granted her full mailbox access from the Exchange server.
(I have done all of this troubleshooting with no luck and couldn't find this error message in any of my Google searches.)
The last resort option would be to completely delete her mailbox off the Exchange server and start from scratch, so any other suggestions would be great.
