Give one user access to full details in scheduling assistant

We are running Exchange 2010 with Outlook 2010.  I have an Executive level employee looking to have access to see full details on everyone's calendar when using the scheduling assistant.  We don't want to open everyone's calendar up for just anyone though.  It would be this particular person and maybe a couple others.

Is there a particular Powershell command that would accomplish what I am looking for?  Is this best practice to accomplish this?  I looked at the Office 2010 group policy templates and, unless I missed it, didn't find anything useful.

Thanks
