I am currently using outlook to pop my yahoo business emails and have been for the past 14 years. Recently in the past 2-3 weeks, my employees and myself have been experiencing the prompt to put our username and password in. Emails randomly come in in between, but then stop and the prompt will constantly come up. I have called yahoo customer service regarding this issue and have been informed to recreate a new profile (which I did) and add a secondary security which yahoo provides a password of their own to place in the settings of outlook. This worked for a couple of loads of emails, but after a few times, the prompt started happening again.
Can someone let me know if there is any other changes I should be making in our internal server on the network or if this could be an internet issue with a connection timing out by any chance?
