Hello--
We just changed our company policy for our conference rooms that are listed as resources. We are now enforcing a 1 year (365 day) maximim for recurring meetings. It all sounds great except we just found out that the one year maximum starts counting from the day the meeting series was booked as opposed to a year from the first meeting in the series.
We need to change the settings so that the 1 year max for recurring meetings starts the clock counting from the first meeting in the series.
We are running an Exchange and Outlook 2010 environment.
Any help is appreciated.
