error in entry when in dc ,tab accunt ,log on to is active

in my domain ,tab accunt ,log on to is active and i set it, when in mail box i add this user , and when this user enter in ie , error this user or pass in incorrect and when i un active domain ,tab accunt ,log on to , it is ok

please help me
