Our AD is Windows 2003 native and Exchange 2010. Some times when I want to give a user that is on domain A delegate permissions to my calendar and I'm on domain B I get the following permissions error.
"The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Cannot activate send-on-behalf-of list. You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation on this object."
The only work around we have found is if I give I give the user on domain A "send as" permissions on my account we don't get the above error. Of course that is not ideal.
It only seems to be an issue across domains. I haven't seen where users on the same domain have this problem.
Any information on why this is occuring?
