Site Resiliency and Force Quorum the old way?

a simple question, having exchange 2010 SP1 environment. DAG1 is stretched to two data centers in two different AD sites :

Site 1 : MBX1, MBX2,MBX3

Site 2 : MBX4,MBX5

Now, site 1 is down and im doing manual switch over so that Site 2 will have the mounted databases,

DAC is configured to dagonly.

one of my friend asked me " shall you go and force quorum as we used to do with older exchange versions ?".

I told him that we shall use the restore-databaseavailabilitygroup that will evict MBX1,MBX2 and MBX3 from the cluster and will have an option to create alternative witness so that the cluster will have majority in site 2 (quorum) and all is ok.

First question : is my reply to my friend is true ?

Second question : shall we ever use the force quorum cluster command in Exchange 2010 site resiliency ?
