We have:
- 1 Exchange 2010 Server running on Windows 2008 R2 in a Hyper-V (Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise).
I have verified/tried the following (using MXToolBox and exchange):
- The MX records are correct (mail.poquoson.k12.va.us)
- The PTR is correct for the sending IP (108.17.129.26)
- The same send connector is used for successful and unsuccessful transmission of email
- Content Filtering is not enabled
- We are not on any blacklists
- I can telnet to the server from the remote site to main site on port 25 without issue
- The remote site can send to other remote hosts, just not 2 that I know of (one being a financial institution.)
- No AntiSpam is on the Server, we use a Barracuda Box.
- We use Barracuda’s Antivirus for Exchange (Shut off all services, no change)
- We use Sophos Antivirus to protect the mail server from viruses. (Shut off all services, no change)
- I have shut off the windows firewall (no change)
Below is the bounce message and the Message tracking of a good and bad message. These messages were sent from a Outlook 2010 client in the main site and remote sites. It also has the same error when sending to from an iPhone or other smartphone if not on the main sites WIFI.
