What to do in Exchange 2010 after changing alt names in its SSL certificate?

I have an Exchange 2010 server that is operating on a godaddy SAN SSL. It was decided to change a few of the alt names in the cert. goddady will allow me to "manage" the SSL and change the alt names in the cert without a rekey. The new SSL is issued once the new alt names are vetted. My question is how do I get the new cert into the exchange server?
