How to modify : 221 SMTP Session Code Message

HI to all,

when I was setting up my receive connector banner.

I like to see, how over people that manage big Organization personalize message in order to get more sealing.

I queried the email.microsoft.fr host. 

I saw that 220(easy trick)/221(w00t) codes are not defaults.

Here is the 221 code when I ended the SMTP session :

QUIT
221 See you later

I know it is cranky but My question is : How they do this ? o.0
