So we have been piloting the Calendar Repair Assistant to a select group. We have noticed that as designed it places the meeting back onto calendars when it needs to. Here is the issue. When we have attendees in meetings that have left
the company we lock mail flow down to these accounts . Joe Blow leaves and there is no reason we need to have mail going to the account so it is restricted and hangs around for 6 months in a disabled state. When a user cancels a meeting it pulls
it off from some of the attendees however for the ones that are locked down the organizer cannot send to them. How are other people setting up this calendar repair assistant?
