there are two hubcas servers and some mailbox servers all exchange 2010 in an AD site (main site)
and there is another site which has a very speedy and good link to the main site
we had some problem recently
clients in remote site suffer from an annoying problem.
when they are sending and email and select to or cc in outlook 2010 or 2007, it completely hangs and says in the bottom that outlook is retrieving data from ms exchange. (and then names hubcas array)
to my surprise this is just happening in the remote site and as i said there is no network latency and all the servers are the same for all sites.
also i should add that the mailboxes are sometime the same.
i mean a person in remote site is in mailbox(X) and has the problem but another one which is in the same database but is located in main site (where exchange servers are) has no problem.
all servers are 2008 x64 with about 16GB of ram and exchange 2010 SP1
any help ?
oh by the way ! the problem is solved by resetting both hubcas servers but it may appear in the next day ! (some day it was just enough to reset one of them but another day, resetting one of them solved the problem for just a few minutes and resetting the other solved it - but i worry about where is the next time :(
