I will be running several PSR tests on a LoadGen-initialized mailboxes. So each time i complete a test i'll need to delete MDB and logs and recreate/initialize mailboxes. I'm looking for a way to save MDB/logs after initialization and reuse it for a next test. I tried copying MDB and trans. log folders after initialization and reusing them after a completed test by copying into active MDB/Tr. Log folders. This is convenient, but doesn't work. After several days the backup files become unusable. Although Exchange lets me mount the MDB from saved files, LoadGen fails to send workload to it with strange errors. I narrowed down the cause of the errors to the saved MDBs, because if i recreate/initialize mailboxes from scratch everything starts working again.
So, is there any way to reliably save MDB data?
Excuse me for a long description and if there is a well-known/documented solution to this. I'm new to this.
