We have an organization with Exchange 2010 (latest updates). When the user (and a couple others) receive a meeting invitation from an outside organization, it doesn't show up on the calendar as pending. They see the meeting in their inbox and have to open
it and mark it as tentative or anything else for it to show up on the calendar. The problem is, they have admin assistants that view their calendars and block out time. When the meeting doesn't show as tentative or greyed out, they don't know it's there and
pending and end up double booking.
The appointments seem to be from maybe one or 2 outside companies, not every appt from the outside. I've checked Outlook 2010 on the computer, OWA, and the phones. All the users have iPhones synced to the server. We can't find any common reason why these don't auto show on the calendar. Please help!
