We are unable to get Rollup 6 for Exchange 2010 SP2 to install on one system. It keeps failing with Windows Update Error "Code 80070643 - Windows Update encountered an unknown error".
It has been suggested in a few places to try uninstalling Windows Management Framework 3.0 (KB2506143). We were completely unable to get it to remove through Programs and Features in Control Panel. It would prompt to reboot the computer, then a popup would appear in the notification area indicating that the Windows features were not successfully changed. Checking in Programs and Features showed that the Windows Management Framework had come back.
I then followed the instructions here to remove the Windows Management Framework 3.0 which seemed to get rid of it.

However, the Exchange 2010 SP2 update still won't install. Any other clues as to what may be causing the difficulties?
