we have a Exchange 2010 Server and client use Outlook 2010.One user report that there is message stuck in Outbox. It is message with Delay Delivery setting.
Tried several times to clear the check box beofer the Delay delivery setting and close the window. The email still there. The setting was not cleaned.
Tried create new messge and send, no proble,
Tried create new messge and then click Option - > Delay delivery. Then the new mail shows a delayed
delivery with the date from today and time 5 PM and can't be cleaned. Also, this message can't be delivered.
I tried the following method but haven't fix the problem.
1. Reset Send/Receive settings.
2. Remove current Outlook profile and deleted all files in app/localapp folder. Build new profile.
3. Tried cache mode and online mode. Have same issue.
So why the Delay delivery settings stuck there?!
Not every user have this issue. Only one user so far as I am aware.
