Replication to cloud

Hi all,

I have the following environment,

1 Server (Exchange on premise) in my structure without DAG.
I wonder how I can have a replication in the cloud (Office365 or other)?

The client would like to keep the exchange (on premise) and have other access in the cloud in case you fall your machine.
