Outlook not retaining password

Hi all,

I have 200+ Exchange 2010 accounts on our system.  One user, with Windows XP / Office 2007, has had problems with his Exchange password not saving.  

I have now replaced his machine with in Windows 7 / Office 2010.

I am still getting exactly the same problem.  

Any ideas?
