I have Exchange 2010 SP2 with FF TMG setup for OWA and Activesync outsite. When we sent a hypterlink to users using Outlook like\\servername\share and there are files in there they need, Windows Explorer opens and there is the share with the folders. If we do the same for OWA users, its more like a web link and tries to open in IE or the default browser similar to the following link. https://exchangeserver/owa/redir.aspx?C=29f2fc20e71d410cabfebcfab76908a2&URL=file%3a%2f%2f%2f%5c%5cserver%5cq%5cfolder%5cshare%filename
