I've got a move this weekend where my friend has one server (called exchange1) which he built Active Directory and Exchange 2010 onto. The forest is called XJD.
I've managed to create 2 seperate boxes called:
- AD2 - The new domain controller (this has replicated AD structure and DNS Successfully)
- AD02 - Is going to be a backup AD
- EX2 - Exchange 2010 Server - Has been installed succesfully and is showing mailboxes
Could I please be helped on how I will move all mailboxes, offline address books, public folders from exchange1 to EX2 smoothly.
Once all exchange is on EX2, I will remove all roles from exchange1 and make it an exchange 2010 environment where I will then have to copy all mailboxes, OABs, public folders back to.
I've made a few test mailboxes, folders and OABs that I want to test before moving across the weekend.
Really appreciate some advise on how to do this without issues.
