Good day
I have 4 Exchange server 2 (EX-HC01-EX-HC02) server running Hub and CAS and both are using Windows Network Load Balance with a virtual IP and Name (webmail)
and another 2 Exchange server for Mailbox Database and running DAG (EX-MB01 - EX-MB02)
Here is the problem, when Client try to create a new Exchange outlook profile, it just fail and show a message stating that Exchange server must be online, and show a dialog box where the user have to type the exchange server name, the strange thing is the Exchange server name that shown in the box is a wrong server name, I dont know why outlook is being directed to EX-MX01, if I change the value to "webmail", it will work perfect and user will be able to create the profile and connect normally.
Here is what I had done,
when I run the test-outlookwebservices, I got this error
When contacting https://webmail.domainname.com/Autodiscover/AutoDiscover.xml received the error The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.
I check the SCP that is pointing to the correct NLB name.
what can be the problem. why outlook is being redirected to the wrong server?
Thanks
