We have a situation where we would like to share a users mailbox with a second employee. The catch is that we only want this new user to have access to all mail going forward; nothing prior to the day we give her access. Is it possible to do this? I know that the default way of granting mailbox permissions would synchronize a lot of older information; we would want some sort of limited access so they would only have access to mail from a specific date going forward.
