Hi everyone. Thanks for you time in advance. Let me give you a quick rundown of what is going on.
Basically we have a exchange 2010 server and about 350-400 clients on outlook 2003. We have a few people that starting having issues getting disconnected from the exchange server. We researched and finally came to the conclusion that an update needed applied to the exchange server. It is not patched to Update 4 of Service pack 2. The before mentioned issues went away. Now we are having issues with users not being able to access additional mailboxes. The only fix we have came up with is to upgrade them to office 2007 or 2010. This of course is not an option because we do not have the licenses.
When a user clicks on an additional shared mailbox or calender they get an error saying that "Outlook can not open this set of folders." We need to get this issue fixed as quickly as possible. The throttling policy on the exchange server is not the issue because it is already set to nul. We are not limiting RPC connections. All users have cached mode off and all users have outlook set to encrypt data between server and client. Any other things you all would like to know just ask.
