SBS 2008 - how to grant FULL access to all mailboxes (including future accounts)

hello all,

I need to figure out how to enable a profile to have full rights to all SBS 2008 - Exchange 2007 accounts, current and future accounts.  The only help I've been able to find so far is to enable permissions on current accounts, single or in bulk.  That doesn't help me for future accounts that will be created where the permissions will have to be changed.....
